Early Latin-Old English Glossaries Colloquium

Hosted virtually over two days, May 30-31, 2025, the Épinal-Erfurt Glossary Colloquium Early Latin–Old English Glossaries welcomed 149 participants from 13 countries across four continents. 

Organized by Distinguished Research Professor Emeritus (York University), Michael Herren, Principal Investigator of the The Épinal-Erfurt Glossary, the colloquium audience were treated to fascinating papers from scholars, Michael Lapidge (University of Cambridge), Patrizia Lendinara (Università di Palermo), David Ganz (Private Scholar), Michael Herren, Gernot Wieland (University of British Columbia), Cameron Laird (Dictionary of Old English), David Porter (University of Southern Louisiana), Rosalind Love (University of Cambridge), Claudio Cataldi (Università di Palermo), and Franck Cinato (Université de Paris Cité / CNRS).
