CMS is excited to announce that Shami Ghosh, professor of German and Scandinavian history and economics at CMS, was awarded tenure last week.

I write to inform you that news of Shami Ghosh’s promotion to Associate Professor with Tenure arrived last week. It was one of the finest tenure dossiers I’ve had the pleasure of preparing for review, and it sailed through the process from the Faculty of Arts & Science to the Vice-Provost, Faculty & Academic Life, and President with flying colours. It’s an important career milestone, I invite you to join me in extending a warm word of congratulations to Shami on having achieved it with such distinction.
